Thank you for traveling with us! To ensure a great experience for the next adventurers and avoid any additional fees, please follow these detailed guidelines before returning the vehicle.
🧹 Clean the Interior
Please sweep the floor, wipe down surfaces, the inside of cabinets, and clean the seats if needed. The goal is simple: bring the van back as you found it — so the next traveler can enjoy it just like you did!
🛏️ Bedding and Towels
Place used bedding and towels in a bag. This helps speed up cleaning and keeps the experience enjoyable for everyone.
🍽️ Dishes and Kitchen
Wash all used kitchen items (plates, pans, utensils, etc.) and put them back in place. A quick wipe of the counters is always welcome! Leaving moisture in the storage bins may cause mold to develop — please keep them dry.
🧾 Missing or Broken Items
If something got lost or broken, please let us know — no worries, we understand it happens. But this helps us replace it before the next rental.
⛽ Refuel
The van must be returned with a full tank of regular unleaded gas. Otherwise, refueling fees will apply based on the rates outlined in the signed departure form.
💧 Water Tank
No need to empty or refill the water tank — we’ll take care of draining and sanitizing it between rentals.
🧊 Cooler and Food
Please empty and clean the cooler. Remember to leave the lid ajar to prevent odors from developing. Non-perishable food items (spices, dry condiments) can be left in the cupboards if you think they might be useful to future tenants.
🗝️ Keys
Return the keys in the designated lockbox (code was provided at pickup). Make sure they’re secure inside and upload a photo of the key in the lockbox to your return form.
