Knowing what to expect

Shoebill Campervan offers you a fully equipped van with all the essentials for worry-free travel.

Everything you need :

  • Complete bedding: no need to worry about sheets and blankets, everything is provided for two people. Perfect for a comfortable night's sleep wherever you are !
  • 110-liter water tank: you have water for cooking, washing and dishwashing. The water is officially non-potable, but ideal for all these uses.
  • Tools and accessories: basic tools (flashlight, rope, screwdriver, hatchet, etc.) are available in the van in case of need.
  • Cooking on the road: we leave basic consumables such as oil, salt, pepper and even soap for cleaning.
  • Cooler: a cool compartment is provided to keep your food cold. Remember to use ice packs to prevent water from stagnating.
  • Électricité et batterie : the van is equipped with a long-life battery and inverter so you can charge your small appliances or run your lights without worry.
  • Temporary shelter (if requested): a 3x3-meter pop-up tent is provided for cooking under the sun or in the rain. Be sure to dry it well before storing to avoid mildew.

Living the van life to the full

To maximize your Campervan experience, there are a few things you need to remember to bring along, so we've listed our essentials.

  • Appropriate clothing: the weather can change rapidly depending on the region and the season. Make sure you have the right clothes for the heat, but also for cooler evenings.
  • Food and drink: we provide cooking equipment, but it's up to you to bring your own provisions for meals on the road.
  • Hygiene products: even if some basics are present (soap), remember to bring your own personal products: shampoo, toothpaste, and why not a small dry toilet kit if you're going into the wilderness.
  • Ice cubes for the cooler: ice blocks are more practical than loose ice cubes for keeping your food from getting wet.
  • Chargers for your electronic devices: the 110V outlet only supports small devices, so bring your own charging cables.
  • Walking shoes: if you're the kind of person who stops off in the wilderness for a hike, your best walking shoes will be your best friends..

Shoebill Campervan makes sure you get the essentials so you can enjoy your adventure to the full, but a little preparation is always necessary to cover all situations. So, are you ready to go?
